Wednesday - The Capital
Guests arrive in Whitehorse, Yukon via Air North and will be transported to the hotel.
Use this free time to explore the historical Main Street of Whitehorse and the Visitor Information Centre for a modern day look at the Territory or visit the MacBride museum which highlights the overall history of the Yukon. Another interesting site to tour is the S.S. Klondike. This national historic site pays tribute to an important era of Yukon transportation - the riverboat. The S.S. Klondike is known as the largest and one of the last steamboats.

Thursday - The Klondike
Today you will check-out of your hotel in Whitehorse and board an Air North Flight to Dawson City - the Heart of the Klondike Gold Rush. There's plenty to do in Dawson City and with the Midnight Sun you'll have lots of time to get as much as you can in. Some attractions include: gold panning, taking a stroll down the historic downtown streets, visiting one of the many museums or cultural centres, stopping by the Jack London interpretive centre, trying your luck and watching a show at the Diamond Tooth Gerties Gambling Hall and of course downing a famous Sour Toe Cocktail at night's end. This will surely be a day to remember.

Friday - The Mystique
Early in the afternoon, you will depart from the hotel for the Dawson City airport to board an Air North flight to Whitehorse. Once in Whitehorse, you will have some free time to relax and have a nice dinner.
Performing at the Westmark Whitehorse this evening is the authentic Frantic Follies Klondike theatre show. True Yukon entertainment. Please note that the cost of this show is not included in the Yukon Klondike Package.

Saturday - Alaska
Today you will have an early start for a guided tour south to the port of Skagway, Alaska. En route, we'll visit Carcross, Yukon - Home of the world's smallest desert which boasts a healthy population of over 70 species of plants. In Carcross you'll also find the Matthew Watson General Store - the oldest operating store in the Yukon.
The next stop, as you travel southward and touch upon the northwestern corner of British Columbia, will be in Fraser. Here you will board the White Pass train and take the stunning White Pass railway into Skagway, Alaska. Known as "the scenic railway of the world" it was built in 1898 during the Klondike gold rush. You'll experience breathtaking views while the train chugs along the narrow gauge railway - deemed an International Historical Civil Engineering Landmark. All aboard!
You will arrive in Skagway early afternoon where you'll have a few free hours to explore the many museums or specialty shops. Modern day Skagway is an ocean cruise port and boast a busy main street. You will return to Whitehorse, arriving by the early evening via motor coach.

Sunday - The Beauty
Today is a free day. Enjoy the sights and culture around Whitehorse or take in a day tour from one of the many local guiding companies. Your Westmark Whitehorse front desk agent will be pleased to assist you choose from one of many activities. There is also a tour desk in the lobby of the Westmark Whitehourse with a variety of day trip options.

Monday - The Yukon
In the morning, the Alberta bound guests will check-out of the hotel and depart for the airport for their flight home aboard Air North.
Vancouver bound guests will enjoy several more hours to visit more of Whitehorse – such as a self guided walking tour of scenic and historic downtown or the MacBride Museum. Late in the afternoon, Vancouver guests will depart for the airport to board their Air North flight.
