Deposit and Payment information
An initial non-refundable deposit of $350 per person will be due at the time of booking with final payments due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. Bookings made less than 90-days prior to the departure date, payment is required in full.
Travel / Trip Cancellation Insurance
Trip cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the departure date are subject to the $350 non refundable deposit amount. Trip cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the departure date are 100% non-refundable. Classic Canadian Tours strongly recommends you purchase travel/ trip cancellation insurance. Eligibility
All participants are expected to be in good physical and mental health and enjoy traveling in a group setting.
Photography
Classic Canadian Tours reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the course of our tours, and to use the photography for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer that their image not be used are asked to inform Classic Canadian Tours at the beginning of the journey.
Responsibility
Classic Canadian Tours (CCT) acts only as an agent for the passenger with respect to transportation, accommodation, insurance and attractions. As such, CCT makes its best effort to ensure that the quality of service rendered is consistent with the descriptions provided and exercises every care possible. However, we can assume no liability for injury, damage, delay, loss, accident or irregularity in connection with the services of any airplane, ship, motor coach or other conveyance used in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond our control. All such losses and expenses will be borne by the passenger, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. We reserve the right to make alterations to this published itinerary. The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on our part. We also reserve the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a member of the tour, or to require a participant to withdraw from the tour at their own expense when such an action is determined by tour staff to be in the best interest of the participant’s health and safety, and that of the tour group in general. No refund will be made for the unused portion of any tour unless arrangements are made in time to avoid penalties.
All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets (“the Travel Documents”) are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which such services are provided by the suppliers. Your acceptance and use of such travel documents shall also evidence your consent to the following conditions;
a) That neither CCT nor its affiliates, agents, employees or officers & directors shall be liable for any loss, injury, damage or claim to any person or property unless it arises from the intentional act of negligence of any one for whose actions CCT is responsible.
b) The rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars and are those in effect at the time of printing. Should tariff, fuel surcharges, exchange rates or taxes and fees vary at any time prior to the date of travel, CCT reserves the right to change the stated rates without notice.
c) That neither CCT nor its affiliates, agents, employees or officers & directors shall be liable for any loss or damage resulting from insufficient passport, visa or other documentation.
d) That the airline document when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the passenger and the airline concerned. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance.
e) That baggage is carried at the owner's risk entirely.
f) CCT accepts no liability for any carrier’s cancellation penalty or change fee incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable ticket connected with the tour.
Classic Canadian Tours will try to ensure frequent and high quality viewing of nature and wildlife, however, this cannot be guaranteed in any way.
